PURPOSE: To assist and resource the churches as they seek to identify areas of need and prepare for the life and ministries God has called them to pursue. This team will combine the leadership efforts of the on-going ministry areas of the churches, including Sunday School, discipleship, age-graded ministries, men’s and women’s ministries, worship, leadership development, etc.
